Are you feeling unhappy with yourself or the way life is unfolding? Are your relationships not where you want them to be, or are anxiety or intense emotions making things harder to manage?

I offer therapy for individuals and couples who are looking for support, clarity, and a steadier way forward. Therapy can be a place to slow things down, and begin making changes that feel meaningful and sustainable.

My work focuses on understanding how past experiences, emotional patterns, and ways of relating continue to shape your present. Together, we work to bring greater awareness to these patterns and create space for new responses and possibilities for change.

If you’re seeking support with anxiety, relationship challenges, or navigating a period of transition, I provide a thoughtful and collaborative space to explore these concerns. I also work with individuals who want help understanding and managing strong emotions when they feel overwhelming.

We move through our lives shaped by countless stories that influence who we are and how we see ourselves in the world. Over time, some of these stories and ideas can become limiting, narrowing our sense of identity and making it harder to express our true, evolving selves or recognize our potential.

I work collaboratively with individuals and couples, offering a safe and reflective space to explore these personal stories and consider new perspectives. Together, we examine patterns and beliefs that may no longer be serving you, while also identifying strengths and experiences that support confidence and growth. This process helps separate you from the problems you’re facing, allowing for new ways of understanding yourself, relating to others, and moving forward with greater clarity and flexibility.

I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Christian Brothers University and my Master of Science in Social Work from Columbia University. My clinical training included work at Weill Cornell Medical Center and the NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital Employee Assistance Program Consortium, where I worked with individuals and couples across a wide range of concerns in clinical settings.

I look forward to connecting.
