Therapy for individuals and couples navigating relationships, anxiety, and life transitions.

Are you feeling unhappy with yourself or the way life is unfolding? Are your relationships not where you want them to be, or are you feeling stuck in patterns that are hard to shift?
I offer therapy for couples and individuals in Larchmont Village, Los Angeles, including couples counseling and marriage counseling, with a focus on relationships, anxiety, and life transitions. Therapy can be a place to slow things down, understand patterns, and begin making meaningful, lasting change.
My work centers on how past experiences and ways of relating shape the present. Together, we bring awareness to these patterns and create space for new responses.
Whether working with individuals or couples, the focus remains on developing greater awareness and creating the conditions for change to unfold over time.
I offer in-person therapy in Larchmont Village and telehealth across California.

We move through our lives shaped by countless stories that influence who we are and how we see ourselves in the world. Over time, some of these stories and ideas can become limiting, narrowing our sense of identity and making it harder to express our true, evolving selves or recognize our potential.
I work collaboratively with individuals and couples to explore these personal stories and consider new perspectives. Together, we look at patterns and beliefs that may no longer be serving you and how past experiences continue to shape the present. This process can open up new ways of understanding yourself, relating to others, and responding to the challenges you’re facing.
I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Christian Brothers University and my Master of Science in Social Work from Columbia University. My clinical training included work at Weill Cornell Medical Center and the NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital Employee Assistance Program Consortium, where I worked with individuals and couples across a wide range of concerns in clinical settings.
